operational principle


The material vertically falls into the high-speed rotating impeller of the composite crusher from the upper part of the machine, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and crushes with another part of the material that is divided in an umbrella shape around the impeller at high speed. After colliding with each other, the material will form vortices between the impeller and the casing to collide and rub with each other multiple times, and be discharged directly from the lower part, forming a closed circuit and multiple cycles, Controlled by screening equipment to achieve the required particle size of the finished product.
