1. Poor discharge particle size

If wear is particularly severe, it is recommended to replace the jaw plate.

2. Abnormal noise or equipment vibration inside the crushing chamber

If there is abnormal vibration during the operation of the jaw crusher, it may be due to excessive feeding particles or uneven feeding. The feeding size should be controlled to not exceed the specified value, while ensuring uniform feeding. It is also necessary to check if the loosening of equipment bolts is the cause, especially to tighten the foundation bolts and bearing seat bolts.

If abnormal noise is found inside the crushing chamber during operation, the first step is to eliminate whether non crushable materials have entered the chamber. The machine should be shut down to clean the crushing chamber. If no abnormal broken objects are found, it is possible that the internal components of the crushing chamber are damaged and broken. Replace the corresponding damaged components.

3. The bearing temperature is too high during operation

Bearings are important components that drive the operation of a device, so it is important to pay close attention to the bearing temperature during operation. If the bearing temperature is too high during operation, it may be due to inadequate lubrication work or the quality of the lubricating oil used is not guaranteed. If the bearing is damaged due to long-term use, it should be replaced in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause more serious consequences.

4. The machine is working but the bearings do not rotate

If it is found that the transmission part is working but the bearing is not moving after the jaw crusher equipment is started, it should be checked whether the triangular belt is too loose and slipping. The tension of the triangular belt should be readjusted, and the bearing should also be checked for damage. If damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner; Or is there any damage to the long tooth gear? If it is found to be due to gear reasons, the machine should be immediately shut down for replacement.

5. Stuck machine

The main factor causing the crusher to freeze is excessive feeding, which leads to overload of the crusher. In this case, the feeding should be immediately stopped, the crushing chamber should be emptied, and the cause should be identified and handled correctly.
